Job Description:

• Assist in leading overall business operations and support the execution of organizational strategies.
• Oversee production, maintenance, engineering, projects, procurement, quality, and other operational functions.
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Monitor plant performance through KPIs, MIS reports, and operational reviews to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production and business plans.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, cost control, and capital expenditure initiatives.
• Lead process improvement programs, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Mentor departmental managers and develop high-performing teams through effective leadership and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Resolve critical operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve plant performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, business expansion, and organizational development initiatives.
• Candidates with extensive experience in steel manufacturing, heavy engineering, power plants, or large industrial organizations will be preferred.
