Job Description:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, compile, validate, and organize data from various departments for accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports using MS Excel.
- Generate sales, inventory, production, dispatch, and operational reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of business data and reports.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance indicators, and business insights.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, production, logistics, and other departments for timely data collection.
- Update ERP, Tally, or other business systems with accurate operational data.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in reports and databases.
- Assist management in preparing presentations, business reports, and performance summaries.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives related to MIS reporting.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting, ERP, and data analysis will be preferred.
