Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Milling Operations
- Manage daily paddy processing, including cleaning, parboiling, de-husking, milling, polishing, and sorting.
- Monitor milling yields (head rice yield, broken percentage) and overall production output.
- Establish and track KPIs to meet or exceed monthly and annual volume targets.
2. Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics
- Oversee raw material (paddy) intake and manage finished goods (rice) and by-products (bran, husk) storage.
- Coordinate the weighbridge, loading, and dispatch operations.
- Manage stock levels of packaging materials and prevent inventory shortages or excess holding costs.
