Job Description:
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Drive sales of Banking products such as CASA, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
- Achieve branch business targets for liabilities, assets, and third-party products.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Acquire new customers through team efforts and local market activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor branch profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Build relationships with local businesses, corporates, and HNIs to generate business opportunities.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Experience:
- 6–12+ years of experience in Retail Banking.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Branch Operations Head, or Team Lead handling branch business.
