End-To-End recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Sourcing relevant profiles from various jobs Portals & Internal Database.
Telephonic ally screening & shortlisting candidates as per the Job Description.
Coordinating with the candidates and clients until they are on board.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using a database, social media, etc
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking System & Candidate Management System.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Experience of Recruitment is MUST
