Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Compliance to ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies. The role involves managing compliance audits, policy implementation, investigations, reporting, and maintaining legal compliance across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and compliance procedures.
- Handle employee grievance investigations and compliance-related issues.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for management.
- Conduct employee awareness sessions on compliance and ethical practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR/Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, audits, investigations, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
