Job Overview

Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a Tele Calling Executive (Female) for a reputed organization located in Padmavathy Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Chennai. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills and 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, lead generation, or telesales.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, persuasive, and capable of handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with prospective customers to increase conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
