Job Description:
- Install, commission, and test industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.
- Provide preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance support to ensure smooth equipment operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues efficiently.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical complaints.
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams for installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation after every service visit.
- Guide customers on proper machine operation, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.
- Assist senior service engineers in machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field service activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and customer site regulations during service assignments.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance, and emergency service support.
- Candidates with qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines and a willingness to travel will be preferred.
