CSO FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the overall security operations of the plant, corporate office, and associated facilities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, SOPs, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee industrial security, access control, CCTV surveillance, perimeter security, and visitor management systems.
• Ensure effective deployment and supervision of security personnel, contractors, and security agencies.
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis to strengthen plant security.
• Investigate security incidents, thefts, breaches, and prepare detailed investigation reports with corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency response planning, crisis management, disaster preparedness, and fire safety activities.
• Liaise with local police, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate security policies, and industrial safety standards.
• Prepare security MIS reports, incident reports, manpower reports, and management presentations.
• Develop and conduct security awareness programs and training sessions for employees and security staff.
• Candidates with extensive experience in industrial security, manufacturing plants, steel industries, or large corporate security operations will be preferred.
