Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Waterproofing and Lighting divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Waterproofing Division
- Generate new business opportunities for waterproofing, roof repair, and maintenance services.
- Make outbound sales calls and professionally handle incoming client inquiries.
- Coordinate site inspections, quotations, proposals, and work schedules with clients.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, payments, and project progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports and client updates for management.
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status.
Lighting Division
- Generate new business opportunities for lighting products and solutions.
- Make outbound sales calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Promote and sell lighting products to contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate product specifications, quotations, deliveries, and project requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable lighting solutions based on project needs.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order execution.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
- Maintain sales reports and customer database.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Required Skills

- Fluency in English (Arabic and Hindi are an advantage).
Preferred Experience
Waterproofing Division
- Experience in construction, waterproofing, roofing, or building maintenance.
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems such as liquid membrane, bituminous, polyurethane (PU), etc.
- Understanding of site coordination and basic technical requirements.
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.
- Familiarity with UAE construction projects and market.
- Ability to understand drawings and project specifications.
- Experience preparing technical quotations with engineering teams.
- Strong B2B sales background in construction-related services.
Candidates with strong sales experience from the following industries will also be considered:
- Real Estate
- Insurance
- Banking (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Financial Products)
- Direct/Field Sales with proven business development and client-closing experience
Lighting Division
- Experience in lighting, electrical products, or interior fit-out industry.
- Knowledge of LED, architectural, commercial, residential, and outdoor lighting.
- Ability to understand lighting layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
- Experience working with consultants, MEP contractors, and project engineers.
- Familiarity with UAE construction and fit-out market.
- Ability to recommend lighting solutions based on project requirements.
- Experience in project-based sales.
- Basic understanding of lighting installation concepts.
- Existing network with contractors, developers, or interior companies is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma preferred
- Certification: Relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Industry Preference: Construction, Waterproofing, Lighting, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or other direct sales industries.
- Nationality Preference:
- Waterproofing: Filipino or Indian
- Lighting: Filipino
- Gender Preference:
- Waterproofing: Male or Female
- Lighting: Female
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory. Indian candidates with Malayalam language proficiency are preferred.
- UAE Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- UAE Driving License: Not required.
- Visa Status: Any (Tourist Visa candidates should have at least 45 days validity remaining.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month
