EDUCATION
B.E. / B.Tech ( Polymer, Plastics, Plastics Processing )
5+ years of experience in technical support in Manufacturing company is required.

Work location: Chakan in Pune. For customer support purpose, you have to visit site location to provide technical support & resolve issues.

OBJECTIVE
Troubleshooting & resolving customer feedback.
To provide technical support to S & M team

SKILLS
Communication Skill, Time Management, Problem-Solving Ability, Technical Skills Etc.

JOB PROFILE
Swift & prompt response to queries raised by customer.
Troubleshooting & resolving any production related issue for our customer.
Supporting development trails at customer for sales & marketing team.
Establishing processing guidelines, design guidelines, mold & tooling guideline for our products.
Identification of new processing technologies up gradation & training of new technologies.
Support in launch of new products in the market.
Identification & development of new applications to help improve business growth.
Detail Technical report remedies & recommendations Timely visit reports & follow-up with customers.
