Job Description:

Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience and be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with recruitment vendors, understanding hiring requirements, creating job descriptions, and ensuring timely closure of positions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
  • Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Prepare and update detailed Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined recruitment TAT.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and consultants, monitor their performance, and ensure quality candidate submissions.
  • Negotiate offers, coordinate documentation, and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand different job roles across functions.
  • Knowledge of Job Description creation and competency mapping.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience working with recruitment consultants/vendors is preferred.
