Job Description:

The Sales Manager HH will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Officers to drive retail banking business, achieve sales targets, acquire new customers, and deepen relationships with existing customers while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Officers.
  • Drive the team's performance to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Increase the Household (HH) customer portfolio through acquisition and relationship deepening.
  • Drive sales of retail banking products including CASA, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Investments, and other third-party products.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and team performance.
  • Coach team members through regular reviews and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with branch operations and other internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3-8 years of experience in Retail Banking.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets.
