Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Improve campaign performance through A/B testing.
- Optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI.
- Build remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
- Drive lead generation for General Trade, Private Label, Hotels, Hospitals and Institutional Sales.
- Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
- Improve lead nurturing and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality.
E-commerce Marketing
- Drive traffic and sales for the Shopify website.
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Analyse customer journeys and purchasing behaviour.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages for search engines.
- Improve Google Search rankings.
- Monitor Google Search Console.
- Support technical SEO implementation.
- Increase organic website traffic.
Marketing Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance across all digital channels.
- Prepare marketing dashboards and reports.
- Analyse customer acquisition data.
- Provide actionable business insights.
- Track digital marketing KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Design, Sales and Operations teams.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support marketplace and e-commerce growth initiatives.
Profile Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Brands.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Hands-on campaign management experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
