Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Australian market.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking,
referrals, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the company's Financial Services Outsourcing solutions, including:
o Bookkeeping
o Accounting
o Tax Preparation
o Payroll Processing
o Financial Reporting
o Virtual CFO Support
o Other finance and accounting outsourcing services
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions.
• Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close business
deals.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Stay updated on Australian market trends, industry developments, and competitor
activities.
