Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
• Make fresh/cold calls to librarians and library decision-makers to introduce RapidRadio's RFID Library
Management Solution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on leads and convert cold/warm calls into confirmed appointments for the
field sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and arrange client visits, ensuring timely communication
between all parties.
• Send product/service quotations to prospective clients accurately and promptly.
• Share project-related details, brochures, and technical information with leads and clients as required.
• Coordinate with the Head Office in Ahmedabad for approvals, updates, and operational support.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify
upsell or renewal opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-up status, and client interactions in CRM or trackers.
• Report daily/weekly activity and pipeline updates to the Project Manager.
