Job Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and customer visits.
  • Follow up on qualified sales leads.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
  • Promote laboratory instruments and industrial automation products.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Technical Support & Field Service

  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Install and commission laboratory and industrial equipment.
  • Provide application support and user training.
  • Handle preventive maintenance and AMC visits.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with service teams.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support to customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular customer interaction.
  • Support existing customers with product upgrades and service requirements.
  • Coordinate internally for timely order execution.
  • Maintain CRM and visit reports.

We are looking for a technically competent and customer-focused professional with experience in Technical Sales, Field Service, or Application Engineering within the instrumentation, industrial automation, or laboratory equipment industry.

Preferred Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience
