Tendering Executive

Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Tendering Executive is responsible for preparing tender documents, BOQs, quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, and technical documentation to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submission of bids. The role also supports contract documentation, project scheduling, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams during the pre-contract stage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
 Prepare BOQs and perform quantity take-offs from project drawings.
 Analyze BOQs and obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers.
 Prepare and manage RFQs, RFIs, and technical documentation.
 Coordinate with clients and vendors for project-related information and quotations.
 Prepare comparative statements and support bid evaluation.
 Assist in preparing baseline schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
 Maintain tender, contract, and procurement-related documentation.
 Support project handover by providing tender-related information to execution teams.
 Ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders as per client requirements.

Qualifications:
 Graduate in Civil Engineering / Interior Designing / Architecture
 3–5 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, or Pre-Contracts in the Design & Build/Construction industry.
 Prior experience working in Design and Build fit out industry
