- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of escrow transactions.
- Partner with the sales team to identify, source, and close new escrow business opportunities.
- Drive continuous product and process improvements through market research, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead initiatives to digitize and automate escrow processes, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Negotiate with clients and legal counsels to facilitate transaction closures while ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and legal requirements.
- Identify and resolve strategic, operational, and technical challenges that may impact business objectives and team performance.
