Job Overview

 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Network Development Manager to expand and strengthen our dealer/distributor network across India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through channel partnerships and developing a strong market presence.

 

 

 

Roles And Responsibilities

 

· Develop and expand the channel partner network across India (dealers, distributors, and institutional partners)

 Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners in targeted regions

 Conduct training and capability-building sessions for channel partners

 Support partners in lead generation and enquiry conversion

 Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align growth strategies

 Monitor partner performance and drive sales targets through the channel network

 Ensure strong relationship management and long-term engagement with partners

 Travel extensively across India for partner meetings, development, and market expansion

 

Desired Candidates

 

· Graduate in any discipline

 2–3 years of experience in channel development / dealer network expansion / B2B sales

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work independently and drive results

 Willingness to travel extensively across India

 Experience in infrastructure, seating, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage
