Job Description:

Overview:
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role within the Founder’s Office, supporting the Founder across multiple businesses and strategic initiatives. The Executive Assistant serves as an extension of the Founder's Office, enabling the Founder to operate at maximum effectiveness through seamless coordination, proactive execution, sound judgment, and exceptional stakeholder management. The role demands maturity, responsiveness, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This is a travel-intensive role requiring frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel with the Founder, often at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities.
• Act as the central point of coordination between the Founder and internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, hotels, logistics, and on-ground support.
• Accompany the Founder on business travel whenever required.
• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams and ensure timely execution across multiple initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes and correspondence.
• Coordinate Founder-related financial transactions, banking documentation, approvals, credit card administration and other confidential administrative requirements.
• Assist in coordinating domestic and foreign remittances in collaboration with finance and banking partners.
• Maintain, organize and retrieve critical business, legal, financial, and operational documents while ensuring complete confidentiality.
• Coordinate with banking partners, consultants, legal advisors, vendors, and external agencies on Founder-related matters.
• Support the Founder on strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc assignments.
• Anticipate requirements, identify risks, and proactively solve problems.
• Handle highly confidential information with integrity, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

Qualification:
• Graduation or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university
• MBA or PGDM from a reputed management institute will be an added advantage.

Experience:
• 7–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting a Founder, Chairman, CEO, Managing Director, Promoter, or senior leadership is highly preferred.
• Prior exposure to Founder's Office, Executive Assistance, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Coordination, Hospitality, or Luxury Services will be an advantage.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Outlook and Calendar Management Tools
• Google Workspace
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and trustworthiness.

Work Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
