Job Description:

Role Summary
Assemble, deploy, and support servers, desktops, networking, and infrastructure solutions for growing businesses and MSME customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble desktops, workstations, and entry-level servers.
• Install Windows/Linux, drivers, virtualization software, and backup agents.
• Deploy networking equipment, firewalls, switches, and storage systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and basic networking issues.
• Assist senior engineers during HCI/SDS deployments.
• Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and deployment checklists.
• Support customer installations and onsite visits when required.

Ideal Candidate
• Hands-on hardware knowledge.
• Comfortable working with PCs, servers, storage, and networking.
• Basic understanding of virtualization and backup concepts is a plus.
• Eager to learn datacenter technologies and customer support. 

Work Timing: 9 to 6:30

Working Day: 6 Days working
