Job Description:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of residential units and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury projects.
- Guide clients through product offerings, pricing, payment plans, and documentation process.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/ UHNI clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through personalized engagement and follow-ups.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations efficiently.
Team Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
- Provide feedback to marketing for lead quality improvement and luxury segment insights.
- Represent the project at events, exhibitions, and luxury property expos.
Market Research & Competition Tracking
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide periodic reports and insights to management.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all sales documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with CRM and legal teams during agreement and registration processes.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
