π Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Morning Shift)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries.
β
Generate and convert sales leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
β
Promote Cargo, Logistics & Freight services to customers.
β
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
β
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
β
Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth shipment execution.
β
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
π― Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in Cargo, Logistics, Courier, Freight, or Shipping is preferred.
Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
