Senior Software Engineer – SAP S/4HANA (SAP Analyst)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – SAP S/4HANA (SAP Analyst) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA configuration, testing, and production support, along with expertise in SAP HANA and Oracle EBS payment and reconciliation processes. Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and IHB (Intercompany Billing) modules is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP application issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-production support.
• Work with Oracle EBS payment and reconciliation processes.
• Support and enhance CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and IHB (Intercompany Billing) modules.
• Develop technical documentation and follow SAP best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong experience in:
  • SAP S/4HANA Configuration
  • SAP S/4HANA Testing
  • Production Support
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Payment & Reconciliation processes.
• Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).
• Experience with IHB (Intercompany Billing).
• Knowledge of SAP integration, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• SAP certifications are a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
