Quality Control: Conducting routine site visits to inspect work, enforce OSHA guidelines, and verify adherence to manufacturer specifications.
Technical Support: Assisting technicians in diagnosing complex system malfunctions and recommending effective repair or retrofit solutions.
Inventory & Budgeting: Managing parts and equipment stock, authorizing purchasing requests, and assisting with department budget planning.
Preventive Maintenance: Developing and managing long-term preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of facility climate control systems.
