 Coordinate with technical/service teams
 Maintain service records and databases
 Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-ups
 Manage warranty/AMC documentation
 Collect feedback to improve service quality

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Problem-solving ability
 Good follow-up and coordination skills
Eligibility
 Graduate in any discipline
 Experience in customer service/after-sales roles preferred
 Exposure to technical/service industry is an advantage
