Job Description:

Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems across restaurant development projects, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, safety standards, statutory regulations, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end MEP design and execution for new outlets, renovations, and refurbishments.
  • Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.
  • Oversee HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, electrical, fire protection, and kitchen hood suppression systems.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between architecture, interiors, kitchen planning, consultants, and project teams.
  • Support project planning, tendering, contractor selection, site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, fire regulations, statutory approvals, and safety standards.
  • Manage MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors while driving quality, standardization, and cost optimization.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery across multiple locations.
