Job Description:

Designation - YouTube Social Media Manager

• Work Mode: WFO
• Experience: 1-2+ Years
• Industry: Any (B2C candidates will be preferred)
• Location: Kurla
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 9:30-10:00 AM to 6:00-6:30 PM
• Benefits: Free Food & Daily Allowance
• Qualification: Graduation/MBA

 KRA:

1. Have a deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, platform best practices and evolving trends.
2. • Be passionate about growing channels through meaningful engagement, subscriber growth and watch time, not just views.
3. • Be able to independently manage the YouTube channel on a day-to-day basis.
4. • Think creatively and develop content series, recurring IPs and campaigns that audiences genuinely look forward to.
5. • Have a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles, and content optimization.
6. • Be comfortable planning and executing paid media campaigns to amplify content and achieve business objectives.
7. • Be data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance, derive insights and continuously improve content strategy.
8. • Have a basic understanding of camera equipment, microphones, lighting and production workflows to independently manage small shoots when required.
9. • Stay updated with emerging YouTube features, creator trends and platform innovations.
10. • Have a growth mindset, strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
