RPA Head
Job Description:
Lead and drive teams on fulfilment, recruiting and grooming Developer and Solution architect talent.
Drive presales activities including ROI estimations and RPA architecture reviews
Develop strategy and differentiation offerings & solutions that represent the RPA innovation in Customer Experience, Intelligent process automation and BPM.
Align the delivery with the customer's overall strategy, goals & run pilots to drive RPA deployment in the business via POC or quick wins.
Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the implementation lifecycle, including Pre-sales analysis, requirement gathering, Case preparation Business Requirement Document preparation, drafting execution plan to team members, support for prototype development, project implementation management.
Accountable for ensuring business processes document submitted by the customers are reviewed for RPA feasibility prior to RPA development.
Ensuring business approvals for RPA feasibility, ROI, AS IS and TDD are availed from respective teams.
Ensuring Technical Design Document basis, the provided BRD are reviewed by Solution Architect before development is initiated.
Ensure Regression and UAT testing is conducted basis business requirement.
Coordinating with Partner team for development related activities for Sub contracting phase.
Maintain professional and benefiting client relationship with existing customers and generate incremental business.
Leading RPA initiatives to transform current run business with market-facing offerings on innovative technology operating model.
Develop Account relationships and drive demand generation through dedicated initiatives and account mining strategy.
Build partner/OEM relationships and drive joint pipeline focus triangulation with partners and OEMS.
