Infrastructure Specialist - Azure DevOps / Platform Engineering JD

We are looking for the Platform engineering role and a DevOps engineer. Expected skills: GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD), Kubernetes cluster management, load management.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with product teams to shape architecture, design, and implementation. -
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions.
  • Monitor key services and automate deployments. -
  • Build reliability tools and CI/CD processes.
  • Coach developers on DevOps best practices.
  • Drive capacity planning, configuration management, monitoring, backup/restore, and RCA

Key Accountabilities:

  • Solution consultation and enterprise technology alignment.
  • Solution estimation, design, code, testing, and documentation.
  • Maintain standards, methods, and tools.
  • Manage integrations across on-premises, cloud, and legacy systems.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 12+ years software development experience.
  •  Python and Bash scripting expertise.
  • CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
  • Azure: APIM, Front Door, Load Balancing, Networking, WAF, Landing Zones.
  • AKS (Managed Kubernetes).
  • GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD).
  • Observability stack.
  • Linux fundamentals.
  • Terraform and Ansible.
  • Distributed systems, security, monitoring, storage.
  • Microservices and multi-tier architecture.
  • Kafka (Confluent preferred).
  • Agile development practices.
  • Community publications/accreditations preferred.
  • Energy Trading domain experience preferred.
