Job Description:

Job Summary:
This role will oversee office operations and physical workspaces to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment. Core responsibilities include managing budgets, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, health and safety compliance, and daily administrative workflows.

Core Responsibilities:
• Facilities Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the upkeep of office, clinics and residential premises, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, etc function optimally.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate with and supervise external contractors (security, housekeeping, and maintenance) to guarantee service standards and cost-efficiency.
• Budgeting & Vendor Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, track inventory, and negotiate contracts with external service providers and suppliers.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all premises comply with local building, fire, and workplace safety regulations. Conduct routine risk assessments.
• Administrative Oversight: Supervise support staff (maintenance, housekeeping, security, office support teams) and ensure seamless daily administrative functions.
• Travel Desk Management – Oversee corporate travel activities to control costs, ensure employee safety, and maintain policy compliance
• Executive & Event Support: Assist with corporate event planning, board meeting logistics, and managing shared company travel schedule. And any other activities to ensure smooth functioning of offices and clinics across Crown Vet.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in facility management and corporate administration.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and workplace safety regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

The role will require frequent travel across work locations.
