Role: Export Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete export order cycle from order receipt to payment follow-up.
Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately.
Coordinate with the factory in Jamnagar to ensure timely production and dispatch.
Track order status and ensure deliveries are completed as per schedule.
Prepare export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Shipping & Export Documents
Coordinate with customers regarding order status and shipment updates.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate export records and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate
2–6 years of experience in Export Documentation/Export Operations.
Hands-on knowledge of export documentation is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates residing in Mumbai (up to Borivali, Thane, or Vashi) only should apply.

UG: B.Com (Any Specialization)
