Job Overview
- Position: Business Development Executive (BCold DE)
- Location: Bengaluru (100% Work from Office)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are highly welcome!)
- Department: Sales & Business Development
- Employment Type: Full-time, Performance-driven
Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation through cold calling, outreach, field visits to institutes, schools and coaching centers.
• Conduct online/offline product demos of the company's mobile application and web platform.
• Provide onboarding and post-sales support and act as the primary client contact.
• Contribute marketing ideas and assist with social media branding.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Graduate in any stream; up to 2 years' experience (freshers welcome).
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada or another regional language preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and web software.
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
