DATA ENTRY OPERATOR FOR METAL INDUSTRY - RAIPUR, CHHATTISGARH

• Data Input: Insert text-based and numerical data from source documents directly into designated databases, spreadsheets, or company software. 

• Verification: Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry; research and resolve discrepancies in incomplete documents. 

• Data Cleansing: Review entered data for errors or duplicates, correcting incompatibilities to maintain information integrity. 

• Record Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, creating backups to prevent data loss. 

• Clerical Support: Scan documents, print files, manage correspondence, and assist with general office administration as needed. 

• Confidentiality: Comply with data protection policies and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and customer information. 

• Typing Speed & Accuracy: Consistently high words-per-minute (WPM) typing speed with an emphasis on error-free input.

• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of data management software and the MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word) or Google Suite.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to concentrate for extended periods to spot minor spelling, numerical, or formatting errors.

• Organization & Time Management: Strong capability to manage high volumes of tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet strict organizational deadlines.

• Education: Typically requires a High School diploma, GED, or relevant computer training/certification.
