Sourcing Buyer ( Procurement Executive) for Leading MNC Pharma based at Kurla

Job Description:

This is one year contracual Role. On the third party pay roll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd.

This position concentrates on managing PR-PO transactions, Sourcing & RfX initiatives, reaching out to vendors for quotes and procurement

• Supplier Discovery & Due Diligence: Perform supplier research, market evaluations, and thorough due diligence to identify and qualify suppliers that align with organizational priorities and compliance standards.
• RfX Event Management: Organize and oversee Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, including the coordination of e-Auctions to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in partnership with teams across finance, operations, and engineering to ensure sourcing strategies support business objectives.
• Contract Management Support: Contribute to contract finalization processes, ensuring optimal terms and strict adherence to company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to sourcing and procurement procedures to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
