Designation - Manager / Senior Manager – Administration & Facilities

Working Days - Mon to Sat (2 Saturdays off)

Work timing - 9am – 6pm

Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai

Job Summary

This role will oversee office operations and physical workspaces to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment. Core responsibilities include managing budgets, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, health and safety compliance, and daily administrative workflows.

Core Responsibilities

1. • Facilities Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the upkeep of office, clinics and residential premises, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, etc function optimally.
2. • Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate with and supervise external contractors (security, housekeeping, and maintenance) to guarantee service standards and cost-efficiency.
3. • Budgeting & Vendor Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, track inventory, and negotiate contracts with external service providers and suppliers.
4. • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all premises comply with local building, fire, and workplace safety regulations. Conduct routine risk assessments.
5. • Administrative Oversight: Supervise support staff (maintenance, housekeeping, security, office support teams) and ensure seamless daily administrative functions.
6. • Travel Desk Management – Oversee corporate travel activities to control costs, ensure employee safety, and maintain policy compliance
7. • Executive & Event Support: Assist with corporate event planning, board meeting logistics, and managing shared company travel schedule. And any other activities to ensure smooth functioning of offices and clinics across Crown Vet.
