Job Description:

Required to support replenishment and manage item requests received from customers via texts. Replenishment will be based on existing products from customer’s order history or everyday essentials.

Product Tagging and Confirmation:

  • Agent should be identify and tag requests from customers as “Received” for replinshment in internal systems
  • Provide order received confirmation to customer

Order Review:

  • Review customer purchase history
  • Clarify queries example: if customer has previously purchased two or more different brands/quantities for the item.
  • Confirm and select right items

Order Processing:

  • Compare prices and offer competitive pricing to customer
  • Process order, Confirm delivery dates and send confirmation/status updates to customers

  • Flexible to work in US Shifts OR India shifts depending on project requirements
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Offered Benefits / Facilities :

Salary: 1.7 to 3.5 L ( depend on Experience)
Fresher with excellent communication in English can apply

Week Off: Sat-Sunday
Job Time: 3.30pm to 11:30Pm (Home Drop Available)
             : 11:30pm to 8:30am (Home Pick up Available)
