Senior Marketing Executive
Job Description:
Role Summary
The Marketing Lead owns LBD's voice and presence across every channel including email, social media, and written content. The role is responsible for content creation, campaign execution, email marketing, social media management, coordination with the external marketing team, and reporting on marketing performance.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Write marketing copy, captions, emails, landing pages, and ad copy.
- Design and create social media posts while maintaining the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the external content and design team and review deliverables.
- Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
- Monitor marketing analytics, reporting, and improve content systems.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Content published as per calendar.
- Email campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion).
- Social media engagement and content performance.
- Brand consistency across all communication.
- Marketing reports and process improvements.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- Excellent English copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience in email & social campaigns
- Social media content creation
- Eye for design
- Process & systems thinking
Preferred skills
- Experience in founder-led or personal brand marketing
- Portfolio in wellness, education or coaching content
