Job Title: UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer


Job Summary:-

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our web, mobile, AR/VR/XR applications while also leading the creation of high-quality visual content for branding and marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond application UI/UX—it also focuses on developing engaging social media creatives, marketing materials, corporate presentations, brochures, banners, event collaterals, and other brand assets to ensure a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual storytelling, branding, and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Web, Mobile, AR, VR, and XR applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive and visually appealing interfaces following modern UI/UX standards.
• Conduct usability research and continuously improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components.
• Work closely with Unity Developers, Full Stack Developers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless implementation.


Graphic Design & Branding
• Design engaging social media posts and digital marketing creatives.
• Create brochures, company profiles, presentations, case studies, banners, flyers, standees, and other promotional materials.
• Design branding assets including icons, illustrations, infographics, and visual elements.
• Develop graphics for websites, mobile applications, and digital campaigns.
• Support event branding, exhibition materials, and marketing campaigns with creative designs.
• Ensure consistency in the company's visual identity across all digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to create impactful client-facing materials.

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Sales teams for employer branding and recruitment creatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative product and marketing ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, graphic design, and branding trends

• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is beneficial.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, branding work, marketing creatives, and presentation designs.
