Job Description:
- Patrols: Walk or drive around the property to check doors, windows, and gates.
- Access Control: Check ID badges, sign in visitors, and stop unauthorized entry.
- Surveillance: Watch security cameras and alarm panels for strange or dangerous activity.
- Emergency Response: Help during fires, medical issues, or break-ins, and call police or fire services.
- Reporting: Write clear logs and incident reports after events happen.
- Education: A high school diploma or a GED.
- Skills: Good observation, calm reactions under stress, and clear communication.
- Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and work in all types of weather.
- Licenses: A valid security license, background check clearance, or first aid/CPR certification if required by the employer.
