Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :

 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  2. Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  1. Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  2. Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement and addressing workplace issues.

Performance Management:

  1. Develop and oversee performance evaluation processes, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  2. Provide coaching and feedback to employees and supervisors to drive performance improvement.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  1. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  2. Communicate HR policies and ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
  • HR Strategy and Organizational Development:
  1. Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as succession planning and talent management.
  • Branch HR Coordination
  1. Work closely with branch heads and Employee Experience Partners
  2. Conduct periodic branch visits (if required)
  3. Ensure uniform HR process implementation across locations
  • Team Supervision Lead and monitor HR Executive(s)
  1. Improve speed, ownership, and accountability within the HR team
  2. Ensure tasks are completed without repeated follow-ups
  • Record Keeping and Compliance:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in HRIS and on file.
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Administration:
  1. Administer payroll, including timekeeping, wage calculation, and processing paychecks.
  2. Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  3. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, including tax and labor regulations.
  4. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing and accounting.
  5. Stay updated on payroll-related laws, including tax and labor regulations.
  • Employee Engagement and Event Planning:
  1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as company picnics, team-building events, and employee appreciation programs.
  2. Effectively communicate event details to employees and manage event logistic
  • Training and Development:
  1. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
  2. Organize safety and compliance training for logistics operations.
