Job Description:
Process Management
- Monitor and review mixing recipes and compounding calculations to ensure product quality and process consistency.
- Control and optimize mixing cycle parameters for all PCR compounds.
- Ensure adherence to approved mixing sequences and process specifications.
- Monitor compound processability and provide corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Maintain consistency in mixing operations across shifts.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor compound quality through laboratory and in-process test results.
- Analyze and resolve mixing-related quality issues and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis using Why-Why Analysis and 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) methodology.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, IATF 16949, and ISO requirements.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Support customer audits and quality reviews
