About the Role

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, banking transactions, and cost management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent accounting skills with experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
• Prepare Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Ensure complete accuracy of financial records.

Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure timely statutory payments.
• Maintain statutory compliance records and documentation.
• Stay updated with taxation and compliance regulations.

ERP & Accounting Software

• Manage accounting transactions using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERP software.
• Generate financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting data and records.

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare Monthly MIS Reports.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to management for business decisions.

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation throughout the year.

Banking & Cash Flow Management

• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage vendor payments.
• Monitor daily cash flow and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with banks for routine financial transactions.
• Support project and operational costing activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in MIS reporting and budgeting.
• Project and operational costing knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile
