About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, monitor and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign management, data analysis, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition while maintaining target CPL and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and budget allocation.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and other reporting tools.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audience segments.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
