The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director (MD), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or Group Finance Head and play a key role in managing the organization's finance and accounts operations.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure timely book closure and financial reporting.

• Manage General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.

• Present financial reports to the MD, CFO, and Group Finance Head.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.

• Monitor statutory payments and regulatory filings.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital.

• Analyze financial performance and profitability.

• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.

• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management.

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payment approvals.

• Improve working capital efficiency.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

• Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth execution of finance operations.

Required Qualifications

• CA Inter or ICWA Inter (Mandatory)

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance is an added advantage.

Experience Required

• 8–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Experience as Accounts Head, Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, Senior Accounts Manager, or Finance Controller preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automotive, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.
