HR HEAD FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Strategic Planning: Align HR policies and workforce targets with company growth objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor HR staff, directing recruitment, training, and payroll.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex conflicts, support a positive workplace culture, and oversee performance reviews.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, data privacy rules, and company standards.
- Total Rewards: Oversee competitive salary structures, bonuses, and benefits packages.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years in HR, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, deep knowledge of labor regulations, and expertise in HR technologies.
