4. Requirements Management & Solution Coordination

  • Work closely with Business Analysts and clients to gather, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated to development and implementation teams.
  • Support solution design discussions to ensure customer requirements align with product capabilities and implementation best practices.
  • Manage project scope and control scope changes through structured Change Request processes.

5. Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Support continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and process improvements within the delivery team.

7. Reporting, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain project dashboards and provide regular status reports to senior management.
  • Track implementation KPIs, including project timelines, Change Requests, resource utilization, project budgets, and delivery performance.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Recommend improvements to project methodologies, implementation processes, and delivery standards to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
