Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and acquire new customers in industrial markets.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business.
• Explore new market segments and business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements.
• Handle customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Operations

• Prepare quotations in coordination with internal departments.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Monitor order status until successful delivery.

Market Development

• Study market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities for new product development.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
• Expand business in existing and new territories.

Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.

Reporting

• Prepare Daily Visit Reports (DVR).
• Maintain CRM/customer database.
• Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Present business updates to management.
