Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will support business development activities, customer interactions, market research, and sales operations while learning industrial products and B2B sales processes.

• Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations.
• Maintain customer records and sales data.
• Support order processing and coordination.

Business Development

• Identify potential customers through market research.
• Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate customer meetings and prepare meeting reports.
• Support promotional and marketing activities.

Customer Coordination

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively.

Market Research

• Collect information on competitors, products, and market trends.
• Prepare market analysis reports.
• Identify new business opportunities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records.
• Assist in preparing presentations and MIS reports.
• Keep all sales documents updated.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduate with a passion for Sales & Marketing.
• MBA (Marketing) candidates will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or engineering products is an added advantage.
